The primary objective of TC&S is to recruit and train potentially committed church leaders from the unreached people groups who are residing in Korea either as industrial workers or for other purposes. In Korea, most students after two to four years full-time intensive training are sent back to their respective countries as full-time committed workers, missionaries, and pastors.
